What Sirplay supplies
Sportsbook, casino, Web3/crypto modules, optional No-KYC capabilities, integration and related B2B services. Sirplay does not accept player bets and does not operate a consumer brand on sirplay.com.
Operator responsibilities
- Holding and maintaining gambling, payment and corporate licences in each target market.
- Geo-blocking, age-gating and responsible-gambling configuration.
- KYC/AML of players where the operator’s regulator requires it. Optional No-KYC / crypto modules are product capabilities, not an instruction to bypass AML law.
- Marketing to players and consumer-facing terms.
- Player funds, wallets and payment-institution duties — these sit with the operator or its PSPs, not with this website.
Intellectual property
Platform IP remains with Sirplay except for operator brand assets supplied by the client.
