Transparency, expertise, practical value
Sirplay publishes B2B content for people who buy, licence or switch iGaming software. We do not run a consumer casino on this website and we do not publish player tips. These principles govern every page on sirplay.com, including Insights, product pillars and this policy.
Sirplay is an iGaming software organisation founded in 2005. We supply sportsbook, casino, crypto and Web3 platform technology to licensed operators. When we describe a capability, we mean software that an operator can configure — not a gambling offer to the public.
Who this content is for
Two audiences only: crypto-native founders who need a clear explanation of white-label, No-KYC modules and Web3 stacks; and experienced operators comparing providers, risk tools and go-live timelines. If a piece does not help one of those readers decide, we do not publish it.
What we cover
White-label and turnkey sportsbook and casino platforms. Crypto and Web3 architecture (wallets, tokens, no-KYC modules) and the legal limits of those features. Risk, trading and fraud controls, including Nash AI where it is part of the stack. Market-entry context for operators (Europe, LatAm, Africa, Turkey, selected US activity) without implying that remote gambling is legal for consumers in every country we mention. Comparisons of build vs white label vs affiliate models.
What we will not publish
Slot or casino reviews aimed at players. Betting tips or match predictions. Bonus hunting and “best casino to play” listicles. Promotion of unlicensed consumer brands. Guaranteed ROI, “risk-free” launches, or claims that No-KYC software removes the operator’s AML duties. Invented certifications, invented logos or unverifiable volume figures.
Who writes and who reviews
Product pages are drafted by Sirplay staff who work with operators, integrations and certifications, then edited for clarity. Insights pieces carry a named author or “Sirplay editorial team” plus a last-reviewed date. No anonymous thought-leadership. Numbers need a public source or Sirplay first-party data. If we cannot source a figure, we delete it.
Commercial disclosure
Sirplay sells software. Product pages describe our platform. That is advertising of our own services, not an independent lab review of competitors. Demo and contact forms are sales tools. We do not run a player-affiliate programme on this domain.
Accuracy, dates and updates
Pillar and policy pages show a visible Last reviewed date. Material URLs are reviewed at least every 90 days, or sooner after a product or market change. Out-of-date screenshots and fee ranges are removed, not left “for SEO”.
How we correct mistakes
Factual errors are fixed on the live page. If the error could have changed a buying decision (price band, certification, market legality, KYC claim), we add a one-line correction with the date. Send corrections via /contact/ with subject “Editorial”. We do not silently overwrite client quotes.
Sources and AI
Primary sources: product behaviour, certified test reports, operator implementations, public regulator or standards documents. Generative tools may outline or translate. They are not an acceptable source for legal status, certification IDs, pricing or client results. A human editor is accountable for every published URL.
Independence inside a vendor site
We cannot be independent of Sirplay: this is our site. We can still be precise. We state limits — what the software does not do, what the operator must licence, which markets a No-KYC module must not be sold into. Hype without a constraint is a reject in editing.
Safer gambling and age
Content is for business readers aged 18+. We do not target minors. RG tools in the stack are operator-configurable controls, not a substitute for a licence. Help links: footer and /responsible-gambling/.
Languages
English is canonical. ES, PT-BR, DE, FR and TR must match EN facts. If a translation drifts on a legal or product claim, EN wins until the local page is fixed.
