Nature of the site
The site is informational and commercial. It describes B2B software. Access does not create a software licence, partnership or offer of gambling to consumers.
Binding platform terms are in the signed Master Service Agreement (see Platform Terms).
Intellectual property
Text, trademarks, screenshots, demo environments and code samples displayed on the site are owned by Sirplay or licensors. You may not copy them to train competing models, scrape at scale, or present them as your own product without written permission.
Demos
Demos (including /demo-sportsbook/) are illustrative. Odds engines, game slates, tokens, No-KYC options and jurisdictions available in production depend on the operator’s licence and the signed contract.
Acceptable use
You must not attack the site, impersonate Sirplay, harvest leads, or use site materials to solicit consumer gambling in markets where that activity is restricted.
Liability
Website content is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sirplay is not liable for decisions you take solely on the basis of marketing pages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
Unless a signed contract says otherwise, claims relating only to use of this website should first be raised with [email protected]. Governing law and venue will be Peruvian law for Sirplay Sudamerica EIRL.
